In April, Rebecca was invited to Chicago to present her at the University of Chicago, as part of the CEGU third annual conference on “Energy-Capital-Metabolism”. Bringing together international scholars to discuss the entire chain of the energy system, from extraction to consumption, it was a fruitful moment to reflect upon the body’s place within this.
